All our Invisalign teeth straightening systems use almost invisible clear aligners to gently move your teeth into a better, more aligned position. When you attend for a consultation we will then carry out a full ClinCheck which analyses how your teeth need to be moved digitally.
Invisalign ClinCheck allows you to be able to visualise the end result before you embark on treatment.
As your treatment progresses you will be given a new set of clear aligners every 1-2 weeks and we will review you every 6 weeks to check on your progress.
Invisalign Express is one of our quickest teeth straightening treatments, as the name suggests, and may only involve 5-10 aligners. This treatment is only suitable for mild mis-alignments and not suitable for all.
At your initial consultation we will be able to guide you as to whether this treatment is for you or one of the other Invisalign treatments.
Invisalign Lite is suitable for more complex corrections of alignments than “Express” and these treatments classically take around 7 months, with 1-2 weekly changes of aligners.
Our patients like Invisalign treatments because, unlike teeth straightening with unsightly brackets and wires, these aligners can be removed for eating and cleaning. We still advise that you wear the aligners for at least 20-22 hours a day though to expediate your treatment.
Again, we will review you every 6 weeks or so to check on the progress of the treatment.
This is our full version of our Invisalign treatment which allows straightening and alignment for more complicated cases. At your initial consultation we will guide you as to which of the three systems is suitable for you before we proceed to the ClinCheck phase. These treatments generally take 12-18 months to complete.
All our Invisalign systems use the same clear aligners to gently straighten your teeth and move into a more pleasing position. Once treatment is completed we advise that you wear aligners as retainers for a period of time to stop teeth moving back to their previous positions.
Aligners should be removed for eating and for cleaning teeth and aligners. At the completion of treatment many of our patients opt to have a tooth whitening treatment with some minor contouring of teeth to complete the perfect smile.
